Delete your On Court Pro account

Last updated 15 September 2026

You can ask us to delete your On Court Pro account and the data linked to it. You do not need to install or open the app to do this.

Without the app: email support@oncourtpro.app, preferably from the address you use to sign in, and say that you want your account deleted. We may ask for proportionate identity verification. Never send passwords, sign in codes or card details.

1. How to request deletion

2. What happens after your request

Once a request from the app, or a verified support request, is processed, account access and coach access are disabled. A 15 day grace period then precedes the scheduled account purge. Contact us during that period if the request was a mistake.

3. What is deleted

The device that sends the request clears its local history. Other devices and exported copies need separate handling.

If you used Sign in with Apple, also remove On Court Pro from apps using your Apple Account. Our current integration does not automatically revoke that Apple authorization; this does not prevent your account deletion request.

4. What may be kept, and why

This is not a promise that every copy disappears on day 15. Some information needs separate handling:

There is not a single automatic deletion deadline for all these categories. When we handle your request, we will explain any information that must be retained and why. You can ask about the records we retain and request their deletion; we will assess that request under the applicable law and other people's rights.

5. More information

Full details are in sections 8. Retention and deletion and 9. Your rights of the Privacy Policy.
